March 23 I had two bad experiences in Oakland until I found Adriana. She came to my home and knew exactly what to say from the start of the massage. She was also very considerate of my needs and comfort. It was perfect! Hire her, you won’t regret it! 😍

I’m from NZ & hike a lot, & had a knee injury so needed someone who really understands the body & sports & therapeutic massage. Having an ex wife who is an excellent S&T therapist, the expectations were high. I booked with Loosen Up & was given Marcial. My goodness is he worth his weight in gold! Not only does he have an excellent understanding of & alignment to the body, He is a spiritual Practioner, a true connected, aligned ‘healer’ who is deeply in tune with himself as much as he is with you as the patient. If you’re not spiritually inclined, I can tell He holds space in non judgement tap ways for you & meets you where you’re at. He also has invaluable knowledge he is very willing to share to give you the opportunity to learn as you heal…if you so choose of course Despite that our NZ dollar is so sad against the American dollar (it costs us $170 to buy $100US), & after tax and tip, this massage after conversion ended up costing me the equivalent of around $270, my health & well being & my ability to recover from my injury to continue living my very active life was made well worth it with Marcial & the Loosen Up Team. Also, when it comes to the body, you don’t get a second chance to make it right if you get a therapist who knows the body enough, but doesn’t understand the depths of sports & therapeutic therapy. You want a therapist & organization who specializes in S&T & body recovery. I’ll be retuning for another massage with Marcial before I leave back home to NZ!

Gina is amazing, her sports therapy and massage clinic houses a team of experts who customize your care and make a personal plan with you for what you need. They have Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage... Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back.

I received a deep tissue massage from Caitlin and it was a very therapeutic and healing experience for me. She has a very calm energy and I felt very comfortable with her right away. She uses the right amount of pressure and is able to find the sore spots intuitively. I walked out of there feeling brand new!!
